RUBAU has completed the construction of a residential complex consisting of 96 homes for Vía Célere in the town of Dos Hermanas, Seville. The development offers 96 homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, distributed across two buildings with a total of four entrances. It also includes 109 parking spaces and 96 storage units. The development is located in a unique setting near the “El Pensador” roundabout in Entrenúcleos, a peaceful area just 15 minutes from the center of the Andalusian capital.
Energy Efficiency and Communal Areas
The Célere Kentia residential complex features a solar thermal installation for hot water with solar panels on the roof. The installed collector surface achieves a coverage of over 80%, exceeding the 70% minimum solar contribution required by the Technical Building Code (CTE) for the municipality of Dos Hermanas. Additionally, each home is equipped with an individual electric water heater system to always ensure a continuous supply of hot water.
This development stands out for its communal areas, which include a swimming pool, children’s playground, fully equipped gym, and a social-gourmet room with a children’s area. It offers a unique and high-quality experience, allowing residents to enjoy tranquility in an urban environment.
With the inauguration of this Vía Célere development, RUBAU reinforces its reputation for quality and excellence in construction processes.
