This year, we continue to strengthen our position as a leading company in the road infrastructure conservation and maintenance sector in Spain. Throughout 2024 and 2025, we have secured major contracts in various parts of the country, reflecting sustained growth in this strategic business area.
Among the most notable awards in 2024, RUBAU secured key contracts with the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility. These include noise reduction measures on several roads in the province of Murcia, specifically in the municipalities of Lorca, Guadalupe, and Murcia city, as well as along sections II and III of the Northwest Arc Motorway and on the A-1 motorway near Lozoyuela in the Community of Madrid. RUBAU was also awarded the project for the urban integration of the N-502a road as it passes through Talavera de la Reina.
Additionally, with another key client, ADIF, RUBAU was awarded several contracts for the installation of noise barriers in northern Spain, as well as for the conditioning of such infrastructure in the eastern region, covering areas in Madrid and Valencia.
In 2025, we have continued this positive trend with new significant awards, such as the comprehensive maintenance of the Eix Transversal in Catalonia, the implementation of noise reduction measures on infrastructures in Almería, and the renovation of the lighting system on the A-30 motorway.
These projects not only consolidate our national presence but also highlight RUBAU’s ability to carry out large-scale initiatives across various autonomous communities.
Thanks to these contracts, we have reinforced our role as a key player in the modernization and maintenance of Spain’s road and railway networks, ensuring safer, more sustainable, and more efficient infrastructures for all citizens.
