CONTRACTA, the company of Grupo RUBAU specialized in complex building works with pathologies and/or structural problems, will carry out the rehabilitation of part of the La Quinta Elvira residential complex, located at Avda. Martí Pujol 287-301 in Badalona.
The project, with a budget of 1.3 million euros, involves the rehabilitation of façades, roofs, and the energy improvement of staircases 14, 15, and 16 of this residential complex dating back to 1976. The works include changing the brick façade to ETICS and improving health conditions by replacing the fiber cement sheets on the roofs with sandwich panels. These actions will aesthetically transform the buildings to modernize them and also provide significant benefits in terms of thermal insulation and comfort inside the homes.
The project is part of the residential rehabilitation program of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR) funded by the NextGenerationEU funds, which finances renovation and improvement actions accredited for the energy efficiency of residential buildings. CONTRACTA, with an accredited experience of more than 25 years, is the company of Grupo RUBAU with the necessary knowledge, innovation, and technology to carry out this type of project that improves citizens’ lives through the treatment of pathologies and the updating of the buildings in our cities.
