Construcciones Rubau, S. A., takes a new step in the commitment to fight against the negative impact of the use of energy on the environment. As a modern company, we establish energy saving and efficiency measures within our Management system.

For this reason, and as a demonstration of the firm commitment to energy management, an Energy Management System has been implemented and certified under the ISO 50001 standard, promoting the balance between economic profitability and energy efficiency in the acquisition of energy and products, as well as in the design of facilities, with the purpose of preserving natural resources, reducing atmospheric emissions and helping to mitigate the effects of climate change.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT POLICY

• Establish and periodically review the fulfillment of energy objectives and goals, having the necessary resources.
• Ensure the availability of information to achieve energy goals and objectives.
• Comply with the applicable legal requirements and other requirements that the organization may acquire, related to energy efficiency, the use and consumption of energy.
• Continuously improve energy performance and the Energy Management System, directing efforts towards the efficient use of energy resources necessary for the development of activities and services.
• Apply energy efficiency criteria in the acquisition of new products and services.
• Promote design within the company to achieve better energy performance of activities and services.
• Establish and promote actions to form a culture of energy efficiency in workers and in the company.
