INNOVATION

The need to improve internal processes as well as the products and services we offer our clients has led us to develop a innovation programme to continually produce technological innovations.

This work is structured through an Innovation Department, which carries out its activities based on a Development Plan that is reviewed annually. It has generated some very important projects for both the company and the sector in general.

– INNOVATION POLICY –

  • Incorporate Innovation as a commitment and a fundamental principle within the company, and implement the continuous improvement of the innovation process, enhancing the effectiveness of the Management System.
  • Allocate the necessary resources for the development of innovation initiatives and ensure system feedback.
  • Involve and engage company personnel in order to encourage their participation and motivation, guaranteeing adequate training for employees to ensure qualified staff capable of carrying out the activities of the Innovation Management System.
  • Innovate in structural engineering, industrial waste valorization, computer science, construction technology, bituminous and asphalt mixtures, and environmental technologies.
  • Always prioritize circular economy and sustainability criteria.
  • Ensure that the innovation initiatives and activities developed within the company are aligned with the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Comply with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 56001 standard in its current version.

The innovation purpose of Construcciones Rubau S.A. is to innovate and create value in construction projects through innovative products and processes that enhance the quality of the service provided to our clients, and that strengthen commitment to and differentiation of Rubau’s image in this field.

Rubau aims to innovate in the areas defined within the scope of its management system, as well as to expand this scope to new businesses linked to the circular economy through the development and certification of new innovation initiatives.
